Rates      (These rates are per-group, not per-person.)

We don't book out past 365 days, but can put you on a "wait and see" list if you are interested in certain dates.

Any two night stay is $700.00, including weekend nights. (minimum rental is two nights)

Three Night Rental: $840    Four Night Rental: $1120     Five Night Rental:  $1400      Six Night Rental:  $1680     Seven Night Rental:  $1960

Our cleaning fees and taxes are included in our rental rates. The Rate remains the same regardless of number of guests, except for “Jessica’s Weekend” (see description at the bottom of this page).

Payment Policy

A signed Rental Agreement and $280.00 is required within 5 days of booking to secure your reservation. (PLEASE book by email or phone before sending the form and check. See Contact Information.) The balance is due 45 days prior to your stay along with the completed "Final Registration - Guest Contact List".

Damage Deposit

A second check for $280 should accompany the full reservation payment to act as a damage deposit. This check will be destroyed within 5 days of departure following the damage assessment. It can also be applied as the Registration Fee for a future retreat!

Cancellation Policy

Written notice of cancellation is required 45 days prior to your check-in date to receive any refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 45 days notice, $80 of your deposit will be returned. If Quilt Top Retreat must cancel your event, a full refund will be issued immediately. We do not accept cancellations due to weather.

Covid-19

We follow all state and/or county guidelines for Shelter In Place. Should such an order be enacted, Quilt Top Retreat will be closed.

Annual Reservations

We allow our guests first option to re-book the following year. If you rent for 3 or more nights, the same time frame for the following year will be reserved up to the last day of your current stay.

Group Host

Please select one member of your group to act as “Host”. That person must be at least 25 with a valid driver’s license or state ID. Although all contact will be with the “Host”, a list of all attending with contact information is required by Polk County. Children under the age of 12 only with prior approval.

Check-out: 2 p.m.

Dining and sleeping space is for 8 persons. Quilt Top Retreat is a non-smoking, no-pet facility. Please respect those policies.
